Scope
This notification conveys the deactivation of the Electronic Catalogue Version 5 for Medicines, Medical Devices, and Health Service Support Equipment, and the transition to Version 6.
Key Points
- Following up on the Letter from the Director of Digital Market Procurement LKPP regarding the Deactivation of Medicines, Medical Device, and Health Service Support Equipment Showcases in the Electronic Catalogue Version 5, and considering the Circular Letter from the Head of LKPP Number 2 of 2025 concerning the Deactivation of Electronic Catalogue Version 5 for the Construction and Health Showcases, the following matters are hereby conveyed:
- The Showcase of Medicines, Medical Devices, and Health Service Support Equipment in the Electronic Catalogue Version 5 has been closed on Tuesday, September 30, 2025, at 11:59 PM.
- The Showcase/Category of Medicines, Medical Devices, and Health Service Support Equipment in the Electronic Catalogue Version 6 will be active at 00:00 AM on Wednesday, October 1, 2025.
- Medicines, Medical Devices, and Health Service Support Equipment that “have been curated” as well as those that are “in the process of curation” will be featured in the Electronic Catalogue Version 6 and can be transacted. Buyers need to ensure and confirm the accuracy of the information and/or reassess/evaluate the offer/display information during the e-purchasing process (whether through negotiation or mini-competition).
- The Ministry of Health continues to carry out the curation process and may later propose the removal of products from the showcase if it is found that the information provided by the provider is considered inaccurate.
Implication to the Client
Products that are not yet listed in Electronic Catalogue Version 6 cannot be purchased, as the migration of product listings from Version 5 to Version 6 is still ongoing.
Due to differences in requirements between the two versions, the listing process in Version 6 has taken longer to complete. In addition, Version 6 introduces several stages of curation that were not part of Version 5. This curation process, conducted by curators appointed by the Ministry of Health, does not have a defined completion timeline, resulting in an uncertain duration.
