The Ministry of Health has announced the upcoming maintenance of the Medical Device and Household Health Product Licensing System (digisignalkes.kemkes.go.id). The maintenance will temporarily affect system access and licensing processes for Medical Devices and Household Health Products, including IDAK and Statement Letters.

Key Highlights
- The Medical Device and Household Health Product Licensing System (digisignalkes.kemkes.go.id) will be temporarily unavailable from June 18 to June 22, 2025.
- During the maintenance period, issuance of licenses for Medical Devices and Household Health Products, IDAK (Distributor Permits), and Statement Letters / Certificates (Surat Keterangan) will not be available.
- The 24-hour NIE registration-review feature will be temporarily disabled, and downloading of finalized approval licenses (NIE), IDAK, and Statements (Surat Keterangan) will also not be possible during this time.
Implications to Clients
Please note that the approval process for licenses that have already been submitted and are awaiting approval might be delayed. This is due to the temporary suspension of the NIE review process and electronic signing of approval licenses.
